ADDITIONAL CHARGES: All tenancy applications are subject to an application fee and for lets of over 26 weeks an inventory charge. A surcharge is applied for arrivals or departures on Sunday's, Bank Holidays or outside of our standard arrival and departure times. Additional housekeeping services are available on request.
RENTAL RATES: Are quoted per property, not per person. The minimum tenancy is one week (7 nights). Discounts may be available for last-minute bookings or for small groups booking larger properties. Please ask your lettings consultant for more information.
Our Bronze rating shows that a property exceeds our minimum standards of comfort, furnishings and fittings. The property will be very clean and well maintained with soft furnishings and linen of a good standard. Bronze rated properties offer excellent value for money, but provide more basic facilities than their higher rated counterparts.
There will be either good access to the local transport network or a parking space available. The property will also be within easy reach of local amenities, unless specified in the property details.
The attributes used for our quality assessment rating are based on a comprehensive appraisal of the property, taking into account facilities, maintenance, presentation and environment. Each applicable attribute will be awarded up to 5 points. On completion of the assessment an overall percentage is calculated. Properties graded at less than 45% are not accepted onto our portfolio.
The assessment score is used to help calculate the appropriate rental rate, and also to generate either platinum, gold, silver or bronze rating for the property:

The City Centre is defined by The High, St Giles, St Aldates and Queen Street. The majority of Oxford University's colleges are based in this area and the University owns most of the property.
As a result there are few rental properties in either. The High, Cornmarket & Queen Street are the main shopping streets and both the Westgate and Clarendon shopping Malls are situated here.
As well as being an extraordinary sight for tourists, Oxford City Centre is a very attractive location for the consumer to visit, as well as being a good location for socialising.
The Westgate shopping centre is located where the "West Gate" of the city used to stand. The Shopping centre and surrounding area (The West End) contains many major shops, including Primark, Bhs, Marks & Spencer, Top Shop, Sainsbury's and Game. There are also other major shops in the Oxford City Centre, including Debenhams, HMV, McDonalds, Burger King, Boswells of oxford and a large Waterstones book shop containing a restaurant.
The Castle area has recently been re-developed and there you will find the newest bars and restaurants and also some high quality apartments for rent. Nearby there are several new apartment developments which offer high quality accommodation but probably no parking other than public car parks.
