ASAP - The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers

As part of our membership of ASAP we ensure that we not only follow best practice guidelines but assist in the creation of these standards. We use a nationally recognised quality assessment program for both our properties and our landlords tailored to our unique portfolio.

ARLA - The Association of Residential Letting Agents

Our team members are encouraged to undertake professional qualifications in residential lettings and property management through the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) with particular reference to the guidance and operating framework drawn up by ARLA. As a member of ARLA we protect all client monies in a dedicated client account and adhere to the latest in legislation with regard to safety and legal obligations for renting properties in the UK.

In addition to our industry accreditation we submit our business to annual auditing and assessment under the ISO 9001 certification scheme. This ensures that we use quality operating systems and that best practice is observed by each and every member of the team.
