This neighbourhood takes you along the Iffley Road and spills in to the village of Iffley itself - a village within the city.  Property of varying age and style will be found here and few parking restrictions on most roads.  It is within easy access of both the City Centre and the Ring Road.  Cowley shopping centre and Oxford Business Park are both nearby as well as the BMW plant on the Cowley outskirts..

The Iffley Road is famous for the Oxford University athletics venue, the Iffley Road Track, where Sir Roger Bannister ran a mile in under four minutes for the first time ever on 6 May 1954. A blue plaque now records the event for passers by on the road.
